Who is working on your case?
We will all be working on your case as a team in order to ensure that it is done efficiently and quickly. The following persons will be involved in your case:

Case Status Reports We send out printed Case Status Reports periodically to update all parties in your case. We don't send these reports to the government. These reports are sent out approximately once a month for active cases and once every three months for dormant cases.
Phone calls We try to return calls the same day or within 24 hours. It's best to call before 3pm if you can. Chris and Meghan are in the office early around 7:30am, and so may not be here late in the day.

Visiting us
You can come by any time to visit us. If you are coming to our office to drop off a document(s) and we are not open, you can put the document(s) through the mail flap in our front door. The building that our office is in is locked from the outside from 8pm to 7am on weekdays, after 6pm on Saturdays, and after 4pm on Sundays.
