Sara’s practice focuses on immigration law, representing and advising individuals and corporations for a wide range of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of State. Sara’s work centers on labor certifications, national interest waivers, and extraordinary ability petitions.
Sara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Wheaton College in Norton, Massachusetts and her Juris Doctorate degree from the Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. She is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Florida. Out of law school, Sara clerked for the Honorable Richard Smoak, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida.
