Attorney Claire Lee
Claire's practice focuses exclusively on immigration and nationality law. She advises clients on employment and family based immigration law, and
assists both corporate and individual clients with all aspects of the immigration process. Claire represents individuals and companies in various stages of the immigrant and nonimmigrant process. She is also fluent in Korean.
Claire received her B.A. in political science from the University of Washington in Seattle. She then received her J.D. from the University of
Akron School of Law . While in law school, she interned at the Summit County Prosecutor¹s Office, Civil Division and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Prior to joining our office, Claire worked as a civil litigation attorney at a firm in Seattle, where she represented clients in various civil rights and employment law matters.
Claire is licensed to practice before the Washington state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, New England chapter, Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts, Washington State Bar Association and American Bar Association.
