Attorney Claire Lee

Claire's practice focuses exclusively on immigration and nationality law. She represents and advises individuals and corporations on immigration strategies for a wide range of employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of State. Claire also has experience with immigrant visa categories, particularly focused on labor certification, multi-national manager/executive, national interest waivers and extraordinary ability petitions. She is fluent in Korean. 

Claire earned her Bachelor of Art degree in Political Science from the University of Washington, Seattle and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Akron School of Law. She is licensed to practice before the Washington state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association New England chapter, Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts and Washington State Bar Association.
