Congratulations Attorney Samia chandraker!

We are happy to announce that Attorney Samia Chandraker has been appointed Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) New England Chapter.

This committee was established in 2020 in order to promote the association’s following goals:

• Promote full and equal participation of all members of the chapter regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, religious beliefs, age, marital status, and disability status

• Expand the diversity of access to leadership opportunities

• Plan programs and training that promote diversity and inclusion, and educate the chapter on the same

• Assure that the immigration bar reflects the society it serves

We are excited that Attorney Samia will be involved in this important role.
